AAMS aspires to share its expertise through a strong and effective pedagogical approach. With many years of experience as a tool developer, we possess the know-how needed to organise a wide variety of both practical and theoretical training courses. After a personalised analysis of your specific needs, our company will be able to design a truly tailor-made training programme.
Our practical and theoretical training programs are conducted in person at the AAMS laboratory. We place great importance on hands-on experience, with 30% to 75% of each course dedicated to practical work for truly applied learning.

Damien
Industrial Partnership Manager, Materials Science Expert
Damien Joly holds a PhD in Mechanics from the University of Tours (2010). He began his career as a Temporary Teaching and Research Attaché in the Department of Mechanics and Systems, then worked as a Research Engineer at the Laboratory of Mechanics and Rheology, contributing to the Mekinox project. He later joined the private sector at Sandvik Coromant, developing machining solutions for the automotive industry. His career combines academic expertise with industrial experience, including active participation in national and international conferences. He has also taught at Polytech Tours, sharing his knowledge in mechanics and systems. His profile exemplifies the connection between academic research and industrial innovation.
